Presentation of the carriçu and japurutu, traditional flutes of the peoples of the Upper Rio Negro, by Francisco Baniwa and Idjahure. Blown at festivals, ceremonies and rituals, the carriçu and japurutu make up the ancestral sounds of this region of the north-west Amazon.
